Is the standard operation procedure for waiter/es in five star hotel available to be known by public?
My teacher gave a homework that we should search for the SOP / job description of a waiter/es at a five star hotel.. but it really hard to get them, even my friends who have visited the hotel can’t get them.. how should we get them? thanks before~
Unfortunately if you had time a manual would be the answer, but i only found them online.(purchase) so i searched and did not find much.
Did you go to the library? (cooking or career area?)
